Who provides the service

Setlys is a service of Luis Moises Hernandez Ron, based in Argentina ("Setlys", "we" or "us" in these terms). Setlys is part of the vidsrank family of products.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and merchant of record: it sells to you, charges you, issues the invoice and calculates the taxes for your country. When you pay, you also accept its purchase terms, shown at checkout.

What Setlys is

Setlys is a product photo set for e-commerce. You add real photos of your products and, if you want, of people or pets who appear with them. We use them to build photos for your listings: white-background covers composed from the real pixels of your product, and lifestyle scenes made with third-party image generation models through our own interface.

Every photo goes through an automated review that compares the result with your product. Reviews reduce mistakes but don't remove them: check each photo before you publish it.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for giving us accurate information. You must be of legal age to use Setlys.

Credits

Each photo made with an image generation model costs credits, and the cost is shown before you ask for it. Covers composed from your real cutouts are free.

• Plan credits renew every billing period of your subscription. Credits you don't use in a period don't carry over.
• Extra credits are bought separately, as a one-time payment. They last 12 months from your latest extra purchase; each new purchase renews the term for your whole extra balance.
• Plan credits are used first, then extra credits.
• If a photo can't be made, we give the credit back. If a photo ends up with issues flagged by the review, the first fix is free.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account and can't be exchanged for money.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account, under "Cancel subscription". You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, plan credits expire.
• If you upgrade, the change is immediate and the prorated difference is charged. If you downgrade, the change applies at your next renewal.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your country. If we change a price, we'll let you know before your next renewal.
• Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Your photos and what we make

The photos you upload remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service: analyzing, cutting out, building your photos and reviewing them.

The photos we make for you are yours to use commercially, to the extent allowed by law and by the terms of the model providers. We don't use them to promote Setlys without your permission.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including third-party trademarks, designs and photos.

People and pets

You may only add a person if you have their consent to use their image commercially, and Setlys asks you to confirm it before uploading the photo. Minors may not be added. Setlys is not a tool for swapping faces or for placing anyone in situations they didn't choose.

Permitted use

You may not use Setlys for sexual, explicit or suggestive content, for deepfakes, or for anything else described in the acceptable use policy. Every request goes through automated moderation before we build the photo, and a blocked request isn't charged.

If you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, we may block requests, suspend your account or close it. For serious violations, remaining credits are not refunded.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Setlys running, but there may be outages, delays or changes to the models we use. We choose models based on results, and they may change without notice, without changing the credit cost we show you.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it applies.

Liability

Setlys is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect damages or for lost sales or profits. Our total liability doesn't exceed what you paid in the last 3 months. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without affecting the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.
